Return and Exchange Policy
All purchases from DALMON are final sale. We do not offer refunds.

Eligible items may be exchanged within 24 hours of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags, certificates, and accessories.

Earrings cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons. Custom, personalised, engraved, resized, altered, damaged, and final-sale items are also not eligible for exchange.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours . Exchanges are subject to availability, and the customer is responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us within 24 hours so we can review the issue and arrange a replacement where applicable.
